  • Women's Only

Are you looking for a Women's Fitness class that caters for your needs?

With Challenge Fitness Centre's Women's Fitness class, you will be involved in 30 minute sessions that are designed to progressively maximise your transformation each session.

With personal attention and guidance, you can feel confident that you are getting the most out of your exercise program. Our club offers an environment for women that is non-intimidating and provides stimulating music to keep you motivated.

  • Extreme Spin

Whether you are just getting started or have an established training program, we can help you achieve your fitness or racing goals with our spinning program. Extreme Spin is an aerobic exercise that is performed to music on specially designed stationary bikes. This concept was created by a world class bicyclist named Jonny G as a method of training for races. Extreme spin is also an excellent calorie burner, using about 600 calories an hour.

  • Power Bar Pump

Pump Body Sculpting includes muscle strengthening and endurance workouts for all the body's major muscle groups. Because there is no dancing, jumping, stepping, or choreography to learn, body sculpting is ideal for those who dislike or cannot perform high impact workouts. Our instructors will teach proper form while leading you to a more toned body.

This well-structured 10 week Lean & Fit Program is guaranteed to get you just that, Lean & Fit. You will have constant guidance from our professional and experienced Fitness staff while you improve your health and fitness.
